The evening begins with a social hour at 5:00 pm followed by a roast beef dinner prepared and presented by the Harts Rigg's Women's Institute and, later, a live auction with Boyd Sullivan. A silent auction will take place throughout the evening. Door prizes will be awarded.
Tickets are available from Team Hair, Home Hardware and The Village Craft and Gift Emporium, all located in Madoc, as well as several members of the Management Board.
Dave Little has crafted these pieces for the Annual Dinner Auction. The materials were recovered during the demolition of a barn kindly donated by Mr. John Atkinson. The primary objective of the Fall 2009 demolition was to source period limestone to be used in the Mill Dam restoration project scheduled for this year.
Peter Sporring has crafted this white pine blanket box from lumber sawed at the Mill last Summer. Dave Little supplied the authentic hardware.
